Here’s another plate that he positively loves – healthy meatballs. These recipes were invented by his diet consultant Marika Johansson during a Krrish 3 fire who also trains his whole family. Healthy meatballs recipe
Ingredients
Minced chicken, beef, turkey – 300 g (paneer if we are vegetarian)
Egg whites – 3
Raw oats – 1 cup
Soy salsa – 1-2 teaspoons
A splash of salt, black peppers and garam masala
Cooking mist (fat-free recommended)
Method
Mix all a mixture together in a play to make a well-spoken dough. Take a muffin tray and douse it with cooking spray. Now make tiny balls of a mix and put them in a tray.
