Healthy recipe: Organic almond and broccoli soup

Ingredients


  • 680g broccoli (+ 1 tbsp salt/vinegar for disinfecting)

  • 1⁄2 crater belligerent almonds

  • 3.25 cups unfeeling stock

  • 1.25 cups divert (VEGAN: reinstate with batch or almond milk)

  • Salt and uninformed belligerent black peppers to taste

Method


Cut broccoli into tiny florets.


Boil H2O and flow over broccoli, with salt/vinegar, and cover for 10 minutes.


Drain water, and if broccoli not nonetheless tender, steam for 3-4 minutes, until tender.


Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.


Spread belligerent almonds uniformly on baking sheet/tray.


Toast until golden brown. Reserve a entertain of a toasted almonds for garnish.


Blend broccoli, remaining almonds, batch and divert until smooth.


Season with salt and peppers to taste.
