Lunges are a good practice for your reduce body, generally your quadriceps. They can be achieved but weights or with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. Here’s how we can do them with dumbbells:
Step 1: Stand true while holding dual dumbbells in any arm with your palms confronting inwards. This is a starting position.
