Know Your Exercises – Seated French Press

EZ Bar french pressThe practice is not as easy as a name suggests. It essentially targets your triceps . All we need is an EZ bar or a barbell and a bench. 


How to do it: 


Step 1: Place your legs resolutely on a belligerent while sitting on a dais with an EZ Bar above your head.


Step2: Hold your arms perpendicular to a building and take a time path of 3 seconds to move a EZ bar behind your conduct by tortuous your elbows.


Step 3: Go behind to your starting position and continue doing a endorsed reps.


Initially, we can start with 3 set of 10-12 reps any and afterwards we might allege yourself to 4 sets with a series of reps being unchanged.
