Healthy Eid recipe: Peppery chicken

Meat and Eid celebrations go hand-in-hand, though refrain from eating meats installed with additional fat and calories. Instead, try this weak piquant duck that tastes usually as good and is still diet-friendly. Here’s a recipe. 


Ingredients


  • 100g chicken, boneless

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1tsp giner-garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp sauf

  • ½ tsp mustard seeds

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • Pinch of turmeric powder

  • 3-4 peppercorns, crushed

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp oil

Method


1. In a pan, feverishness oil, supplement mustard seeds, saunf, ginger-garlic pulp and saute for a minute.


2. Add onions and prepare compartment golden-brown and afterwards supplement duck pieces, brew well.


3. Add all a other masalas and concede to prepare for sometime.


4. When duck is half cooked, supplement tomatoes, cover a vessel and let it prepare well.


5. Serve with chapatis.
