Healthy Eid recipe: Fruit custard

Ingredients


  • ½ crater chopped churned fruits (apple, banana, grapes, etc.)

  • 3-4 almonds, chopped

  • ½ crater low-fat milk

  • ½ tsp cornflour

  • Elaichi (cardamom) powder

  • Sugar-free

Method


1. Mix a cornflour with a small divert to make a well-spoken paste.


2. Boil a remaining divert and supplement a cornflour pulp and elaichi powder to it, while stirring invariably to equivocate lumps.


3. Cook it on a delayed fire for 2-3 mins compartment it thickens.


4. Remove from a stove, let it cold and cool it for 1 hour.


5. Take a play of fruits and flow a custard over it. Garnish it with chopped almonds.


6. Serve chilled.
