Healthy Eid recipe: Oats and carrot kheer

Eid celebrations are positively deficient though desserts, though  healthy chronicle of kheer could be a good choice for anyone who is weight unwavering or simply meddlesome in eating healthy. It has a integrity and twine of oats and a brew of dry fruits that will yield appetite to your body. Here is a recipe. 


Ingredients


  • 4 tbsp oats

  • 7-8 raisins

  • ½ carrot, grated

  • 300 ml slim milk

  • 3-4 almonds, crushed

  • A splash of cardamom powder

  • Sweetener

Method


1. Soak oats and raisins in half a crater of divert for 10 minutes.


2. Boil a remaining divert with carrots for 5 minutes.


3. Now supplement a dripping oats and raisins and again boil for 5 minutes.


4. Add a cardamom powder, almonds and sweetener.


5. Serve hot.
