Exercise challenge – The HandStand Push-up

Handstand Push-upsThe push-up is a ultimate top physique practice though if we feel that you’ve mastered a unchanging push-up and other varieties, we can try a handstand push-up. But know that a handstand push-up is a tough practice and should usually be attempted if we can do 30 unchanging push-ups with ease. Here’s how we do it:


Step 1: With your behind to a wall, hook during a waist and place both hands on a floor. Kick yourself adult opposite a wall with your arms true so that your physique is upside down and your arms and legs are entirely extended. Keep your physique straight, and ask a watchman to reason you. Also make certain you’re confronting a wall and not looking down. This is your starting position.


Step 2: Lower yourself solemnly to a belligerent while inhaling until your conduct roughly touches a ground, and afterwards pull yourself adult solemnly as we exhale.


Step 3: Make certain your elbows are sealed during a practice and always have someone assisting we out.


Other push-up variations to try out:


  • Staggered push-ups

  • One-arm push-ups

  • Push-up to side plank

  • Dive bomber push-ups
