Fresh fruit creates a distinguished coming in these antioxidant-rich kebabs. Enjoy them for a refreshing, light dessert!
Ingredients
- 8 red or immature grapes
- 4 vast strawberries
- 4 1-inch-square cantaloupe chunks
- 4 1-inch-square honeydew chunks
- 4 1/2-inch-thick slices peeled kiwi
- 4 1-inch-square watermelon chunks
- 1/4 crater orange juice
- 2 teaspoons uninformed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped uninformed packet leaves
- 1 teaspoon pristine vanilla extract
- 4 10-inch bamboo skewers
Method
Thread 1 grape, 1 strawberry, 1 cantaloupe chunk, 1 honeydew chunk, 1 cut kiwi, 1 watermelon chunk, and 1 some-more grape onto a skewer. Repeat with a remaining fruit and skewers.
Place a finished skewers in a shoal container. In a tiny bowl, drive together a orange juice, orange juice, mint, and vanilla. Pour a brine over a fruit kebabs, cover, and chill for during slightest 30 mins (or adult to 3 hours) in a fridge before serving.
