Vegetables container in a healthy punch of nutrients and vitamins in your diet. The further of walnut salsa with it creates for a tantalizing salad. Here’s a recipe.
Ingredients
For grilled vegetables:
- 1/2 kg assorted vegetables – broccoli florets, zucchini, and bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and peppers for seasoning
- A few drops of olive oil
For a walnut sauce
- 100g roasted walnuts
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley/oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon extract roasted sesame seeds to garnish
Method
Cut vegetables into wedges, brush with lemon extract and supplement a few drops of olive oil and seasoning.
Grill until vegetables are tender.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
To ready walnut sauce, grub walnuts, garlic and spices together.
Gradually supplement a oil and lemon juice.
Season good and offer with grilled vegetables.
