Fish oil for defence systemFish oil is intensely abounding in omega-3 greasy acids, that prevents opposite inflammation, heart and blood conditions. Also famous as ‘brain food’ helps solve an array of conditions and health problems trimming from dry eyes, glaucoma, age-related macular lapse (AMD), breast pain, complications associated to pregnancy or other health conditions like diabetes, asthma, dyslexia, obesity, kidney disease, diseased skeleton , certain psoriasis, and also contributes in determining weight detriment caused by cancer drugs. Hence, daily intake of fish oil is good for your defence system. 


You can get your sip of fish oil from mackerel, tuna, salmon, sturgeon, mullet, bluefish, anchovy, sardines, herring, trout, and menhaden or by holding supplements.
