Named AliveCor, it is a smartphone cover with dual steel plates on a back. It can be used with an app on a phone to control an electrocardiogram (ECG) wirelessly that can be sent from a smartphone to a doctor. The device, however, is not a surrogate for a full ECG since it usually tests a heart’s stroke and rate.


But a device creates it easy for relatives to review a formula and warning a alloy if there is an anomaly. ‘It is so easy for them to upload an ECG and send it to me and only like they are promulgation it from their smartphone, we am reading on my smartphone,’ Jennifer Silva, a pediatric cardiologist during St Louis Children’s Hospital, was quoted as observant in a fox2now report. The device, authorized by a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is being used to guard 37 children trimming in age from dual months to 18 years old. ‘We can take caring of them faster since as shortly as relatives can upload a data, we can give them a answer on how to best caring for themselves,’ Silva added.
