Oatmeal wins out over sweetened corn flakes by assisting people feel some-more confident and full during their dining list for Suhoor. Try this recipe to keep your craving during brook for many partial of a day.
Makes 6 waffles
These simply prepared waffles are a tasty approach to supplement sustaining oats to your diet.
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups water
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon jaggery
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
vegetable oil spray
1 uninformed fruit or spreadable fruit like banana
Preheat waffle iron to medium-high.
Combine oats, water, banana, salt, jaggery, and vanilla in a blender. Blend on high speed until totally smooth. The beat should be pourable. If it becomes too thick as it stands, supplement a bit some-more H2O to grasp preferred consistency.
Lightly mist waffle iron with unfeeling oil. Pour in adequate beat to strech edges and prepare until golden brown, 5 to 10 mins but lifting lid.
