Ingredients
- Singhara flour – 1cup
- Kuttu flour (buckwheat) – 1 cup
- Bottle gourd, grated – 1 crater
- Curd – ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
In a bowl, brew both a flours, bottle gourd and salt. Mix good and make a well-spoken beat regulating water.
Keep this aside for 15 -30 minutes.
Now feverishness a greased tava and widespread a beat creation skinny pancakes.
Cook from both a sides and offer hot.
