Shravan recipe: Singhara cheela

singhara chillaWant to have something healthy on Shravan Mondays? Make this cheela or pancake done regulating singhara flour that packs in appetite and nutrition. Here is a recipe. 


Ingredients


  • Singhara flour – 1cup

  • Kuttu flour (buckwheat) – 1 cup

  • Bottle gourd, grated – 1 crater  

  • Curd – ¼ cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

Method


In a bowl, brew both a flours, bottle gourd and salt. Mix good and make a well-spoken beat regulating water.


Keep this aside for 15 -30 minutes.


Now feverishness a greased tava and widespread a beat creation skinny pancakes.


Cook from both a sides and offer hot.
