Ingredients
½ crater Urad dal
2 – 3 Green chillies
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp gratted Coconut
Salt – to taste
To temper:
½ tsp Mustard seeds
A splash of Hing (Asafoetida)
6 – 7 Curry leaves
A splash of turmeric powder
For a outdoor covering
3/4/ crater Rice flour
Salt – to taste
Water – as compulsory to form dough
Method:
- Soak urad dal for 1 to 2 hour. Drain H2O and grub it with immature chilies really coarsely. Do not make it pale and keep it aside.
