Know your exercises: Chest fly or the butterfly

pec flyThis is a common practice that’s customarily achieved on a appurtenance called a pec deck. It’s good for your chest. Both group and women should do this exercise, group will get improved breadth and clarification while for women it’s good for toning. Here’s how we do it:


Step 1: Sit on a appurtenance with a true back.


Step 2: Hold a handles such that your top arms are together to a floor. This is your starting position.


Step 3: Push a handles together while we fist your chest, reason it for a second.


Step 4: Return to a starting position slowly. Repeat for compulsory series of reps.
