Diet Tip #32 — Eat eggs for better eyesight

Eggs for eye sightEggs have always been a great source of nutrition and provide us with much needed protein for the healthy functioning of our bodies. One egg contains 13g  of proteins. These proteins are beneficial for our eye health. The intake of eggs helps prevent cataracts and improves your ability to see well in detail. The egg yolk helps reduce thinning of macula, which is an area around the pupil of the eye that controls the quality of your vision. Regular intake of eggs also reduces the chances of age-related eye disorders, which may lead to vision impairment later. Including eggs in your daily diet would prove beneficial for your eye health.
