Small doses of peanut protein could cure peanut allergy in children

The new hearing showed that allergic kids were means to endure tiny daily doses of peanut protein in a form of flour churned in with their food, a Guardian reported.


50 per cent of kids, aged between 7 and 16, were incidentally selected to be given peanut flour churned with their food, starting with tiny amounts and gradually lifting to 800mg daily. The other organisation avoided peanuts, as they routinely would.


In 6 months, 84 per cent kids given peanut protein were means to endure 800mg a day though pang a poignant reaction.


All a kids were afterwards given a peanut allergy test, and many of a kids (62 per cent) given peanut protein tolerated a homogeneous of 5 peanuts, though nothing in a control organisation did.


The control organisation were afterwards given daily peanut protein for 6 months and had identical results.


The investigate has been published in a Lancet medical journal.
