Healthy recipe: Date Shake

Date ShakeDate or khajur is mostly eaten tender or as a salsa though creation a shake out of it can give your physique an present appetite boost. Ingredients


  • 6 to 8 plum, luscious dry dates

  • 250 ml organic A2 cow’s milk, boiled and cooled

  • 1 or 2 drops/pinches pristine vanilla extract/powder

  • 1 splash cinnamon powder

  • Coconut palm sugar*, to ambience (optional)

Method


Blend all together solely a coconut palm sugar.
Taste, and if we like it sweeter, supplement about a tablespoon (or to taste) of coconut palm sugar.


*Coconut palm sugarine is performed from a honeyed fruit of a coconut palm. If unavailable, surrogate it with unchanging palm sugar, tender brownish-red sugar, khandsari, or jaggery.
