
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Green chillies (chopped)
- 1 Beet Root (chopped)
- 1 Carrots (chopped)
- ½ crater Coconut (grated)
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tsp Split black gram
- 2 Dry red chilli
- 5 Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt- as per taste
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a low bottomed pan. Add red chilli, mustard seeds and separate black gram. When a mustard seeds splutter, supplement curry leaves. Add onions and saute for 3-4 mins on a low flame.
- Then supplement cabbage, carrots and beet base and brew it up. Cook on a low fire for 5-6 minutes.
- Now supplement grated coconut, immature chillies, red chilli powder and turmeric.
- Mix adult all a spices and shower salt.
- Cover and prepare for 10 mins on a low flame.
- Now cabbage thoran is prepared to be served.
