‘Vinyasa’ indeed means a set of movements that align respirating settlement and upsurge of appetite in Sanskrit. In yoga, a Vinyasa upsurge is a form of Surya Namaskar. It is stoical of 3 opposite yoga poses – parvatasana or a downward dog pose, Bhujangasana or a cobra poise and Kumbhakasana or a lumber pose.

Steps to do this asana:

- Now breathe out, relax your spine and align it to grasp a lumber position or Kumbhakasana. Hold this position for 5 breaths.
- Go behind into a downward dog poise and repeat a whole cycle 5 times.
