Know your exercises: Dumbbell flyes

Dumbbell FlyesDumbbell flyes are another good practice to aim your chest muscles generally a pectorals.


PectoralsStep 1: Lie down on a prosaic dais with a dumbbell in any arm. The palms of your arm will be inwards, confronting one another.


Step 2: Hold a dumbbells perpendicular to your chest adult with a slight hook in your elbow. This will be your starting position.


Step 3: Lower your arms on both sides formulating a far-reaching arc until we feel a slight widen over your chest.  Make certain your arms sojourn still while doing this and a transformation is powered by a shoulder joint.  


Step 4: Return to a starting position as we fist your chest muscles and breathe out. This is one finish set. Hold this position for a second and repeat a preferred a series of times.


Variation: Dumbbell flyes can also be finished on an slip or decrease dais that will assistance aim top and reduce pectorals. (Get a chest like Hrithik or John with these exercises)
