Diet Tip #33 — Stay hydrated with cucumbers

Cucumber for hydrationCucumber contains 95% H2O and is packaged with potassium and vitamins. It is also low in calories; one cucumber contains 39 calories and a change of fibres in a skin peel. With a ideal multiple of H2O and other nutrients, cucumbers are good antioxidants and are rarely profitable to your physique and also keeps your skin hydrated. They are low in sodium calm and jam-packed fats. The H2O benefaction in cucumber helps normalise bowel transformation and energises flesh cells. It helps keep a physique fluids in check.


You could have cucumbers daily as partial of your salad or simply cut them and fist some lemon and shower some pepper. You could also have some lovely cucumber water. For a cucumber water, cut some cucumber slices and put them into a jar. Fill a jar with H2O and cool or we could put in some ice cubes. You could also supplement some uninformed packet leaves to this.
